Seanna Higley, Principal of The SLH Group, LLC, has extensive experience working with associates, partners and practice groups in a variety of practice areas. Seanna was previously with an Inc. 500 search firm, in the Kansas City area, where she gained valuable experience working on both regional and national searches.
Seanna received her Juris Doctor from The University of Kansas School of Law, where she was an active member of the Student Bar Association as well as a class officer. She also received her Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in both Psychology and Crime & Delinquency Studies from The University of Kansas.
Seanna has a real passion for helping others to achieve their full potential and she believes in a hands-on approach to recruiting. She takes the time to really understand the needs of her clients and candidates and she believes in building long-term relationships centered around honesty and integrity.
